With a total worldwide gross of $812,012,652, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them wasn't quite the monster hit that Warner Brothers were hoping for, although they're still going ahead and turning it into a trilogy.
Cameras don't start rolling on the second film until August, although J.K. Rowling recently took to Twitter to give fans a look at the script for the sequel.
Now, before you get too excitied, keep in mind that she only shows the front page, although that should still be enough to have Potter fans reeling with excitment.
Regular Harry Potter series director David Yates will return to helm Fantastic Beasts 2 (or whatever it ends up being called), with actors Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Johnny Depp and Zoë Kravitz all reprising their roles.
Although we don't know much about the plot of the sequel at this point, we do know that it will focus on Newt Scamander joining forces with future Hogwarts headmaster Albus Dumbledore to stop the dark wizard Grindelwald. It's set to hit screens on 16 November 2018.
