World War Z Poster & Trailer Released

If you thought Jonathan Levine’s Warm Bodies signalled the beginning of a zombie-love craze (ala Twilight), fret not, as Paramount Pictures has just released a new poster as well as the latest trailer for Marc Forster’s horror film World War Z, which looks to revert these undead’s reputation to that of horrific maneaters.
Based on the novel of the same name by Max Brooks, World War Z revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) who is forced to leave his family in order to help stop a zombie pandemic that is quickly crippling governments and overrunning the world. Mireille Enos, Matthew Fox and James Badge Dale also star. The film hits theatres on June 21, 2013.
High-octane action? Check. Explosions? Check. Family drama? Check. Last but not least, zombies. Lots and lots of vicious, fast, unabashedly-CGI zombies. Mark your calendars folks, this film looks to be one of the biggest summer blockbusters of the year (for better or for worse).
