Etta Bond - 4 U
Henrietta 'Etta' Bond, born in Cambridge, now based in London and signed to Odd Child Recordings thanks to a Myspace encounter with the legendary Labrinth, has this week released her new track titled '4 U' and in true Etta style, an almost hypnotic video to accompany it.
The singer, who's songs include 'Forgiveness' and 'Seen And Never Heard' has recieved many mixed reviews during her ongoing and successful career due to the controversial nature of her music.
In an interview on Rinse FM last year, Etta said that her musical partner Raf Riley, whom she now lives with, are like a family and she embraces the two of them being slightly 'weird'.
"I think its important for us to be good friends and family and the more in tune you are with the person you make music with, the more you can become one and the better the outcome"
Etta plays many small venues around London which are announced on her Facebook page.
Her next gig is @ Nells Jazz & Blues on 4th March.
