"Bid for my life"-Documentary film as a social experiment!

Whether we like it or not, we have to admit that one of the dominant values of the consumeristic world today is the money.Led by that idea did it ever occure to you to ask yourself what is the financial value of your life? Can it be measured with pounds, dolars or euros? How much money can you get for an hour of your life? This idea sounded attractive enough to explore to the actor, comedian and film-maker James Hamer-Morton who is currently embarking on a social experiment where he is selling days of his life in April bonline auction (which has already begun).
The highest bidders win a day of his life where they can ask him to undertake any (legal) work or challenge. Broken Pipe Films will be shooting a feature length documentary about this project, entitled 'Bid For My Life', exploring the value put upon James by bidders and what the winners deem appropriate for him to be doing. Ultimately, it is intended to be an insightful exploration of the experiment, posing, and hopefully answering, questions about the nature of work and expectation.and talk about the project in more detail.
If you want to take part in the creation of this interactive documentary film, James and Broken Pipe film crew will be more then happy to welcome you into their project.First step towards your involvment is checking their official website -www.bidformylife.com - where auctions are now live for people to bid on days of James' life. Also he is more than happy to answer questions and talk about the project in more details.See you at the filming, prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience!
