John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John reunite for Christmas

Christmas is approaching and with it we can expect Christmas lights on Oxford Street, Christmas crackers appearing in shops and of course, where would we be without a little Christmas songs?
This year we have a particularly special treat for all those who love the cheesy songs that appear around this festive time of year. John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John will be releasing a Christmas album titled This Christmas.
The Grease stars are said to have discussed the prospect of another album after Newton-John contacted Travolta to confirm that ‘You’re The One That I Want’ was the “bestselling duet in pop music history”. The album will feature guest appearances by Cliff Richard, Chick Corea, Barbra Streisand and Kenny G.
It has been 35 years since Danny and Sandy first appeared on the screens, but the musical is still as popular as ever. The new album will include a sequel to ‘You’re The One That I Want’ called ‘I Think You Might Like It’ which is thought to get the Grease fans excited.
The original soundtrack to the hit musical sold 28 million copies worldwide and is reportedly the sixth best-selling soundtrack album ever. ‘This Christmas’ is also hoping to be popular with an equally festive album cover which sees Newton-John and Travolta drinking cocoa out of tea cups.
Proceeds from the album will go towards the Jett Travolta Foundation, a charity that works with children with disabilities, and Melbourne’s Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre.
