Jurassic Park: Pop-Up Screens at Ravenscourt Park
Pop Up Screens is another interesting outdoor cinema experience that have been bringing classic films to cool locations for four years now. We hit up their screening of Jurassic Park, at Ravenscourt Park in Hammersmith to catch the vibe.
The first thing you notice is the great amount of people that are all sitting on picnic blankets in front of the screen in the centre of the park. It starts well with a small bar with drinks, popcorn and foodright by the entrance.
Screening the 1993 American science fiction adventure, Jurassic Park directed by Steven Spielberg, is such a classic choice. We enjoy the fictional Isla Nublar, out in the open air and get straight back into one of everyone's favourite films.
The venue in the park was perfect and watching this incredible film surrounded by nature was a totally worthwhile experience: one that we would totally recommend.
