Eccentric, electric and eclectic. HMS Morris's psychedelic sound is not to be missed.

Other | Monday 23rd July 2018 | Grace

Combining the sound of electro pop and indie in a psychedelic whirl-wind of musical greatness, HMS Morris are continuing their run of creating enticing and wonderful music with their newly released single “Phonomonal Impssible”.

Their new track, along with most of their music, is both eccentric and original, and it is easy to hear why the band have been so praised with their recent single. The fact that lead singer, Helled Watkins has been described as a Welsh Kate Bush makes the band just that bit more exciting than they already are, and for anyone fans of anything experimental in the electro-pop-indie field, HMS Morris are well worth the listen to.

Along with having cool music to boast about, the band also have a selection of funny and unique music videos that really bring out the bands personality and explain a little bit more about their lyrics.  Other band members, Sam Roberts and Wil Roberts star in the videos along with Watson and others.

As well as having already being played on numerous radio stations across the UK, including BBC 6 and BBC Radio 1, the band (who originally hale from Cardiff) are also making a name in the British music scene through their live shows and festival appearances and will be playing around Wales throughout August.

Check out their Facebook, Twitter and Soundcloud to find out more about the band.
