Paul Walker documentary in production
Actor Paul Walker, who was most famous for his role as Brian O'Conner in The Fast and the Furious franchise, sadly died in a car accident when he was coming home from a charity event back in 2013.
Now, more than five years later, Paramount Network are working on a new documentary about the life of the late actor, which is set to premiere this summer. It will feature extensive interviews with Walker’s family and friends, in addition to his passion for conservationism and preserving ocean and marine life. The film will be titled I Am Paul Walker, and you probably will not be surprised to learn that director Derik Murray also brought us I Am Heath Ledger.
Although he was mostly recognised for his work on the aforementioned Fast and the Furious series, Walker also received accolades for his roles in the soap opera The Young and the Restless and the fantasy TV show Highway to Heaven, whilst his other film roles included appearances in Joy Ride, Into the Blue, and Running Scared. Be sure to keep an eye on the Paramount Network for the premiere of I Am Paul Walker later this year.
