'All Eyez' on Tupac Shakur's biopic

Almost 21 years after his death, Tupac’s untold true story is coming on the big screen this summer.


One of the biggest biopics of all times, All Eyez on Me, is going to be released on Friday the 16th of June on the day of Tupac’s 46th birthday.


On the 17th of June, the story of the iconic rapper will also close the 2017 American Black Film Festival in Miami.


Directed by Benny Boom, the film is focusing on the rapper’s life from his early days to the drive-by that ended his life at the age of 25. In the new trailer of the film you get to have a closer look at the artist’s life, his friendship with B.I.G and how the rapper used his music to make a change.


The cast includes Demetrius Shipp Jr. as Tupac Shakur, Jamal Woolard as Biggie Smalls and Danai Gurira as Afeni Shakur, the mother of the poet.
