19 year old motivational speaker Hayley Mulenda has had a crazy 2016, and it looks like 2017 is going to be even crazier.
At sixteen years old, Hayley Mulenda didn’t know what she wanted to do with her life. In her final year of sixth form, motivational speaker Action Jackson came to give a talk at her school and saw a spark in her and decided to become her mentor. Four years later, she’s an award winning motivational speaker with her own company, blog, tour and book. Having spent 2017 travelling around the UK visiting universities giving talks and promoting her book, ABC’s To Student Success, she finished off the year touring schools in her home country Uganda.
Hayley is not secretive about the fact that she’s had a tough time, particularly in the past couple of years, she speaks openly about her experiences and uses them as stepping stones to get her further on her path and to inspire others. She speaks about her victories and her struggles and makes them sound equally important, often touching on her success and progress but also the heart break and health problems she has endured and overcome.
She remains raw, honest and real and that is what makes her so relatable and such a fresh take on motivational speaking. One of the most amazing things about Hayley is the audience she has acquired, having gained so many young fans that without her never would have given listeing to motivational talks another thought.
Students that would have otherwise struggled through school and personal dilemmas on their own now turn to Hayley, whether it’s through her book, seminars, blog, social media or one on one sessions.
Now nineteen, Hayley’s busier than ever and shows no signs of stopping.
