Rails From the Crypt

We've all experienced a nightmare journey on the tube, what with delays, strikes and tightly-packed carriages. However, in celebration of Halloween, Brilliantly British have brought some reality to these nightmare journeys with their map of London's Most Haunted Stations.
Ranging from the "Screaming Spectre of Farringdon" to the cries of terror from the 173 people trampled to death at Bethnal Green during World War 2, there are loads of ghoulish stories to be heard about the world's oldest Metro system.
One of the more frightening stories, however, is based around King's Cross St. Pancras... there are widespread reports of a young modern-looking woman sitting alone crying and screaming, however, whenever anyone tries to go over to console her, she disappears. I feel her pain, I've missed a fair few trains from King's Cross too, it's not a nice feeling!
