The Change-Up

Ryan Reynolds and Jason Bateman join us in The Change-Up. The two best friends who lead two opposite lives join us in a light-hearted comedy which follows the highs and lows of each man’s life. After one or too many drinks, both men end up at a fountain where they wish for each other lives, and predictably swap bodies by the following morning. Whilst one man leads a relaxed, child-free life as an actor, the other leads a work-dominating, child-packed and committed life as a family man.
By the end of the film, the swap has in fact opened up each man’s perspective about one anothers life, and brings them closer together as best friends again. Both men learn valuable lessons and appear to benefit from the swap, encouraging them to mature and balance their lives as adults when they eventually swap back again. Need a chilled evening?
