Movement announce further series of club tour events around Europe
Internationally renowned electronic music festival Movement has announced more tour dates around Europe leading up to the main annual festival in Torino starting on October 24th.
Movement’s new series of club tour events kicked off in July with parties in Switzerland and Italy with acts like The Martinez Brothers, Derrick May and Carl Cox, while August 3rd saw them trip to Ibiza’s DC:10 to start a mini summer residency with Derrick May and Agoria in tow.
They return to DC10 on the 8th to present Skream’s Skreamizm night where headliners include Loefah, Hrdvsion, Matt Tolfrey and Simon Baker. The 17th will see Davide Squillace team up with long time friend and DJ partner Matthias Tanzmann for their Better Lost Than Stupid night at which Martin Buttrich will also play. The final Movement party at the famed club is with Apollonia aka Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom and Shonky.
After that, the Movement club tour starts proper with weekly parties in clubs around Torino (including Audiodrome and Silverado Club) and DJs like Marc Antona, Paco Osuna & Chris Liebing, John Digweed, Francois K and Guy Gerber all play. They start September 1st and run through October and the mission is simple - to give clubbers an outstandingline-up in locations that are focused on music and offer intimate contact with the artist.
