When looking outside and all that can be seen is grey skies and rain it can only be the British summertime.
But despite it feeling like it has been the longest winter since the ice age, the sun is finally starting to make an appearance. And what does that mean? Ice cream of course! These are the top 3 must have ice creams to enjoy this summer.
Gelato. This continental classic is a great refresher for those wanting to cool off in the midday sun.
Vegan. The hot weather can be enjoyed by all with so many hotspots selling the tastiest of treats for those wishing to be cruelty free.
The classic 99. A van that is painted with crude, melty-faced Disney characters, plays nightmare inducing creepy music and sells ice cream to children sounds like something that Operation Yew Tree would be on the case of. But this is all worth putting up with to have a nostalgia inducing 99 with a flake.
