House | Wednesday 28th March 2018 | Nicky

Cosmic Boys last EP Talisman hit the Top 11 Techno on Beatport with superlative feedback from other big artists like Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, Paco Osuna, Popof, Cristian Varela, Luigi Madonna, Markantonio, Slam, and more. Their latest EP Storm has just been released and it's another banger.

Cosmic Boys join Wehbba, Thomas Schumacher, Aitor Ronda and Luther Vine at Egg Presents this Saturday, March 31st at Egg LDN. All info on www.egglondon.co.uk.

Returning to Egg LDN on March 31st, Webbha, Thomas Schumacher are back along with new talent to the club, Aitor Ronda and Cosmic Boys.

Wehbba is one of Brazil’s most emblematic electronic producers since achieving a distinct sound and style that’s seen him release on Tronic, Systematic, Bedrock, Soma and many more in the last few years.

As a former dentist, Wehbba displayed a prominent and versatile approach to mixing and production early on, which led him to work with the likes of Jon Dixon and D’Sean Jones of the legendary Underground Resistance collective.

A solid touring schedule has resulted in a fiercely loyal following of Webbha, with appearances at Warung, Rex Club and Tomorrowland being the tip of the iceberg on the Brazilian’s list of never-ending tour dates.

Since discovering Depeche Mode’s ‘Construction Time Again’ at 11 years old, Thomas Schumacher still has a burning curiosity of sound and electronic music. Focusing on a sonic energy to make you ‘question yourself’, it’s the feeling of intimacy which fuels the dynamic behind a Thomas Schumacher set. Creating a safe space for the dancefloor through enticing melodies, the German producer has released on labels which fit such an approach - Noir Music, Pets Recordings and Electric Ballroom to name a few.

As a no-frills artist, a set with Schumacher is a clear and captivating experience which will no doubt grip Egg’s dancefloor from beginning to end.

Crafting a name for himself through his residency at Barcelona’s infamous Razzmaztazz club, Aitor Ronda’s profile has reached dizzying heights in the last few years, supporting a plethora of techno dons like Ben Sims, Regis and Joel Mull. After launching his own Drakos Recordings imprint, Ronda’s sonic journey is well and truly underway as he makes his Egg LDN debut in the midst of a heavy touring agenda.

Along with Egg LDN resident Luther Vine, Cosmic Boys complete the billing to bring their blend of techno, minimal and electro to the fore. As newcomers on the French techno scene, the pair are rapidly expanding further afield and are firmly ones to watch throughout 2018.
