So you think you are healthy with 5 a day...

It’s being stated that we should now be eating 10 fruit and veg a day to keep us all living to at least 200.

However, in a world full of junk food and fast paced living, cramming in the extra healthiness can seem a bit of a hard task. So, here is some advice of ways to get in the extra nutrition.

Blend them up and snort them, take them as a suppository, boil them down and inject them, squeeze them into your eyeballs, have them on a drip, lick them off your lover and rub them in your gums. (Your own discretion advised.)
