Black Star Riders: Carrying on the legacy of Thin Lizzy
Tuesday 23rd April 2013 | Varala
Black Star Riders are today’s latest heavy rock supergroup. As if Ricky Warwick, Damon Johnson, Scott Gorham and Marco Mendoza from Think Lizzy were not enough, they threw in former Alice Cooper/ Megadeth drummer Jimmy DeGrasso into the mix as well. And this isn’t just some short-lived side project either.
With so much Thin Lizzy energy in the band, Black Star Riders say they will carry out “the next step in the evolution of the Thin Lizzy story”. The band will headline a European tour this winter.
