Robin Schulz collaborator HUGEL remixes KONGSTED’s new single 'Get Away'

House | Monday 22nd January 2018 | Lilly

After signing with Tonspiel/ Warner Music in 2015, HUGEL has a string of successful releases and collaborations under his belt. He has racked up close to 20 million combined Youtube views, performed at festivals across the globe, including Lollapaoloza Berlin, supported David Guetta at Ushuaïa Ibiza and Robin Schulz’s European Sugar Tour.

HUGEL's renowned remixes have covered David Guetta, Robin Schulz, Akon, The Avener, Feder, Bakermat and Lost Frequencies.

However, HUGEL's latest remix with award-winning DJ and producer KONGSTED is pure magic. It is no wonder with a DJ like KONGSTED, who has gone double platinum in sales and has surpassed over 45 million combined streams. His awards include Club DJ of The Year, Danish Deejay Favorite Of The Year, Dancechart.dk Award and The Voice Clubbing Award, which he was nominated for four consecutive years in a row, winning in both 2010 & 2011.

KONGSTED  has received substantial support after being handpicked by acclaimed international DJs such as Pete Tong, AVICII, Tiesto and Martin Garrix during their trips to Denmark, and has graced the stages of prestigious clubs such as ZEN (Copenhagen).

Despite the fresh reworking of ‘Get Away (Hugel Remix)’, it still retains the catchy core that made it anthemic in the first place. The track blends the talents of two master DJs into an enthralling mash-up of basslines and drum beats, tempering the edges of both artists to combine their skills. ‘Get Away (Hugel Remix)’ is a flawless mix, that in HUGEL’s hands becomes a capsule of driving rhythms and euphoric melodies.
