Kill J kills it with 'Coda'
KIll J follows up 'Trickle Trickle' with 'Coda', both taken from her hotly anticipated debut EP Quasi.
'Coda', which premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 show, is signatue Kill J stuff - melancholic lyrics, ethereal vocals and banging beats. She explains that 'Coda' is "about taking power back. I chose the title because it is a musical term which describes a passage that brings the piece to the end - an after play or finale. You always know what you should have said after it’s over and too late – ‘Coda’ is my way of getting the last word.”
A stellar 2015 has cemented her position as one of Denmark's most exciting artists, and with a Maida Vale live session confirmed for Radio 1’s Huw Stephens and upcoming performances at this year’s SXSW, KIll J is all set to go global.
