Frisco and Shakka do grime with a difference

Coming straight off the back of his collaboration with Chase & Status on their London Bars Vol. 1 project, Frisco reveals his new single ‘Different Kind’ featuring Shakka.
Released via Boy Better Know, the track sees Frisco take grime in a different direction, spitting over a rock beat. Shakka, the latest artist to be signed to DJ Target & Danny Weed's Sony imprint label Pitched Up, brings his soulful vocal to the hook.
The stripped-back video keeps the spotlight firmly on the two artists - set in a vacant warehouse, and with their charismatic performances it is clear to see how much they enjoy working together. As Frisco has said, "me and Shakka have such a genuine and unique friendship, we try to let that show through the music."
