November was a big month for drum & bass albums. There were some big names releasing some huge material. We’ve put our favourites together in a nice little list for your ease.
Rockwell – Obsolete Medium
We were treated to Rockwell’s (pictured above) debut album this month. Out on Shogun, his signature style is laced across all the 15 records. Rather than filling it with drum & bass tracks, Rockwell delves into new territories from hip hop to house emphasising his talents as a producer.

Artificial Intelligence – Timeline
November also treated us to Artificial Intelligence’s second album where the duo use influences from a variety of places including Chicago house and the early days of jungle to create a 16 tracked slammer of an album. The Integral Records’ bosses give us a well-rounded trip across the spectrum of drum & bass.

Various Artists (Hospital Recs) – Fast Warehouse Music
It’s the next instalment for Hospital’s new compilation series. Fast Warehouse Music brings together the labels deepest and darks cuts for those who like to get their heads down and moody to the beats. They have 46 tracks from their back catalogue that are ready and primed for the dark winter months.

Its been a wild few years for this Canadian. Since signing with Ram in 2012 he has relentlessly dropping tracks that blow up in the scene. Play With Fire is his second album and makes sure you know that his talents as a producer are not up for dispute.

DJ Hybrid – Mixed Origins
Winner of best through producer and DJ at the We Love Jungle awards earlier in the summer, DJ Hybrid decided to drop a debut album into the already long list of achievements this year. He creates a round trip of all things dnb and jungle with a big nod to the past.
