Brexit - what the hell is going on?

With just under 9 months to go until the official Brexit breakup date, and with both floppy-haired Boris Johnson and adventurously named David Davis having quit the cabinet within 24 hours of each other, it feels fair to ask - what the fuck is going on with Brexit?!
Here’s what we know so far. Officially unelected Prime Minister Theresa May called a meeting on Friday in regards to the progress of Brexit and the latest decisions she was proposing. However, with the prospect of her proposals leading to a “soft Brexit” (aka not fulfilling its original promises), a number of cabinet ministers decided to make a stand and quit. This has left the current government in a bit of a peculiar state and as of Tuesday, has had to make up for its losses with random politicians like Jeremy Hunt (a man known for his love of privatising everything).
But what does this mean for the future of Brexit and Theresa May? The latest thoughts are that with a current government that has no support for one another, a general election might just be around the corner!
It looks like Jeremy Corbyn might be in with a chance yet!
