We hear a lot about planning the perfect life but that can seem like a mammoth task. Break it down into something smaller and suddenly it doesn't seem that unachievable.

So what would be the perfect day for you?

Write down a list of things, small or big that if you could do every day would make your day wonderful. It could be as simple as taking 10 minutes to meditate every day, reading for 20 minutes, enjoying a great cup of coffee or something bigger like making sure you learn something new every day or coming up with a new business idea.

Write down everything you can think of and try to give each an allocated time. Now is the time to work out what you can realistically add into every day. Make this your new priority. Everything else, add into a weekly or monthly list.

The perfect life starts with the perfect day. If you're enjoying every day, you're well on your way to bliss.
