On the 8th January, what would have been Bowie’s 70th Birthday, Iman paid tribute to her husband of over two decades. Posting on Twitter a beautiful sketch of Bowie as a child and sporting the infamous Ziggy Stardust Lightning Bolt. Accompanying the drawing is the message ‘8th #ForeverLove #BowieForever.’
Hundreds of fans attended the mural in Brixton on the anniversary date, paying their respects leaving tributes. Meanwhile in Brixton’s Ritzy Cinema a one off viewing took place, showing three of Bowie’s short films, including ‘The Image’ were shown.
