Birmingham's The Rainbow Venues goes big for Chapter 12 series Reggae | Thursday 11th February 2016 | Christina Birmingham The Rainbow Venues Chapter XII The Rainbow Venues reveals its opening run of events with a remarkable selection of underground parties, street party closures, pop up shows and the launch of brand new concepts. The Rainbow Venues is recognised for boasting many different, adaptable spaces, including The Rainbow Pub, The Courtyard, The Cellar, The Arena, The Warehouse, The Street, The Textile Factory and the recently developed Blackbox and Roof Terrace. Following the success of The Rainbow’s Chapter series last year - an invigorating line-up of events, including the venue’s birthday in March - The Rainbow is kicking off the first quarter of 2016 in style. Elrow and Kurupt FM have already hosted huge parties, and highlights for February include Cirque Du Soul with Toddla T and Barely Legal, David Rodigan's Ram Jam featuring Gentleman’s Dub Club, Dillinja B2B Randall, Flava D and Venum Sound, The Portal presents Amnesia with Matthias Tanzmann, Cuartero, Hector Couto & Mar-T, and Berlin techno night Elements. The intensity doesn't stop for March and April, with the likes of Gorgon City, Hannah Wants, Ram Records, AUS Music, Shogun Audio and Do Not Sleep all taking the reigns, plus The Rainbow Venue's very own Chapter XII festival on March 26th, featuring the likes of Jamie Jones, Loco Dice, Joseph Capriati, Dubfire, Maya Jane Coles, Richie Hawtin, Sasha, Nic Fanciulli, Art Department, and Pan-Pot.
