Oh Starbucks...
As if we didn’t have enough to moan about when it comes to the tax dodging, yankee coffee powerhouse Starbucks, they thought they’d bring us something new. And they’ve done it by making today ‘National Bring Your Gun To Starbucks Day’. And no this isnt a wind up, after refusing to invoke their legal right to ban firearms from their restaurants the American Gun Association has decided to thank them by cracking open Grandpa’s gun cabinet and lugging his arsenal down to the nearest coffee shop by way of a thank you.
I kid you not; if you go down the coffee shop today you will be in for a big surprise, as it’s likely to be filled with American gun fanatics wired on caffeine and comparing their 44 Magnums and M16 assault rifles. It really is the epitome of the phrase ‘only in America’. There really isn’t too much more to say on the subject other than be very wary when asked ‘how many shots in that’?
