A Weekend to Remember at Melt!

Described as an event where ‘electronic meets rock’, Melt! festival celebrates the best acts of both worlds. Only three day tickets are available, but the organisers have decided to host a preparty as well with acts such as Crystal Fighters, Kid Simius and Pool playing to get festival goers in the right set of mind for the weekend! The rest of the festival boasts acts such as James Blake, CHVRCHES and Roosevelt as well as much-anticipated shows from Alt-J and Disclosure. Newcomers King Krule and London Grammar have both been praised for their staggering shows and stage charisma at festivals earlier this year so their performances are a must-see for festival goers.
The location in Ferropolis, Germany is already an attraction itself being an open air museum of huge machines. Even better than this is the MiXery Melt! overnight train that sets on a journey from Cologne to the festival and provides accommodation for passengers during the event. It’s definitely an opportunity not found at other festivals!
