Jumo drops hypnotising visuals for 'Desert'
Multidisciplinary French artist Jumo drops the video for 'Desert', taken from his Nomade EP.
With its rippling drum patterns and orchestral synths, 'Desert' is a hypnotic slice of electronica and Jumo has created a video to match. Directed by Meskaprod and Jumo's multimedia collective Cela, the film was shot in 4K using the Sony Alpha 7S Mark II camera, perfect for capturing the details in dark locations. Based on the discovery of an abandoned hospital in Jumo's hometown, and through the use of projected illustrations, the video explores the relationship between image, identiy and environment.
