The Sarah Hope Line is there to support people who's lives have been affected by fatal or life changing injuries on London's transport network.

Sarah Hope said the line is there to offer 'a voice of kindness' in when times are hard following her difficult times following the tragic incident. 'The reason I set up the helpline is because when things got difficult, there was nobody to talk to.'

The new helpline was launched in April and will be able to provide users with practical and emotional assistance. The lines are manned by 12 people who have all been trained by the Samaritans.
