It's been a long grind but Kevin Gates has finally reached the mainstream with his new album Islah.
Kevin Gates has been grinding ever since the release of his first mixtape back in 2006 – now 10 years later he has finally broken into the mainstream with his first studio album Islah in January which debuted at no. 2 on Billboard. To keep the momentum going he has released the ground shaker “Jam” which is sure to be hitting the radio waves soon enough, and with contributions from Ty Dolla $ign, Jamie Foxx and RnB Ladies man Trey Songz, this track was destined to be a smash – we have heard a lot from Kevin Gates but the best is yet to come.
