Condé Nast’s hospitality invasion
Friday 31st May 2013 | Cynthia
Condé Nast International is doing an amazing job at expanding its non-publishing businesses. In parallel to the widely respected Condé Nast College the publishing company has ventured into the hospitality business.
Yesterday, Dubai’s Vogue Café opened its doors in The Dubai Mall, in partnership with Inspired Brands. It joins Condé Nast International’s other businesses, including a Vogue Café and a Tatler Club in Moscow and GQ Bar in Istanbul.
The director of restaurants at Condé Nast international, Stuart Nielson, talked to the press at yesterday’s event: “We will soon be announcing further expansion plans in the UAE” as Nielsen has identified “the Asian, Middle Eastern and Latin American markets” as an important plan of the company’s hospitality invasion. A Vogue Club is indeed set to open in Singapore in July.
So, if you want to party in style this summer or even just sip a coffee à la Anna Wintour, you know where to go!
