Frank Ocean Sued Over track ‘Lost’ on Debut album ‘Channel Orange’

The grammy award winner is being sued by his co-producer Micah Otano who claims he has not been credited for track the ‘lost’ which he co-wrote on Frank’s debut album ‘Channel Orange’
Otano filed a lawsuit on 11 March 2013 against Ocean, of Island Def Jam Music Group, on the claim of unpaid royalties over the track ‘lost’ they have previously recorded together.
The co-producer alleges he and Ocean "made an agreement to ensure for both parties when releasing the song around the music industry”, but Malay did not keep his word.
According to source E! Online, the details of the lawsuit include breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, copyright infringement, rescission and restitution, and declaratory relief.
But this is not the first time Ocean has encounterd problems with the law! Following his recent alteration with Chris Brown over a parking space at a LA recording studio, he is now facing leagal action against him.
