A$AP Rocky wants #1 Spot on MTV’s Hottest MC list

A$AP Rocky has expressed his frustration in a recent interview about not getting the #1 spot on MTV’s hottest MC list 2013.
Coming in at only #8 on the list with the likes of 2 Chainz, Drake and Big Sean above him, he said in an interview with Power 106 LA Lakers.com that he’d “rather not be on the list at all if he’s not number one”
His bold statement created an uproar on twitter with some of his fans agreeing he should’ve been higher up on the list.
A$AP claims that he’s “the only artist with the balls to say it”. He gave a number of reasons why he should’ve been higher up on the list in his interview arguing “I’m 24 years old I’ve been directing my own videos since 22”
“Lets be honest, the reason why everybody is wearing gold chains again is because of your boy. Everybody is wearing diamonds. Who brought gold teeth back, lets be honest”
He ended the interview thanking MTV for putting him at number 8.
A$AP is set to do a number of dates in London this coming May.
