Split Prophets - High Life Sampler

Split Prophets are back with a new teaser of the shape of things to come from the celebrated hip hop collective. High Life EP is four tracks of pure UK ish featuring previously unreleased bangers from the crew coupled with some of their latest joints.
The stand out track on this small yet exciting offering is the EP’s namesake High Life, which features heavy barrings from both Paro and Datkid twinned with an insane beat that drops in samples from legendary hip hop tracks such as CREAM by Wu Tang. One of the reasons why this track bumps so hard is because of the sheer talent of the lyricism provided, the bars tells the story of how life would be they both lived a lavish existance full of women, money and piff and believe me, it's a big look.
The rest of the EP features releases that didn't quite manage to get to the surface until now and if this is the way the rest of the record is going to go then it's going to be one not to miss. The future looks good right now for the Bristol based MCs.
