RFB RELAUNCHES WITH NEWS OF NICK CAVE LIVESTREAM

Friday 22nd February 2013 | plana

Last week RFB relaunched. Over the past twelve months we have worked on building a new kind of music website: a home for serious, celebratory music journalism, along with concerts and video from the world's most exciting artists.

RFB also provides a unique means by which you can interact with the content we publish. At the top of the screen you’ll see a function called The Feed. This enables you to curate your own RFB. Simply connect with Facebook, and then follow the artists you are interested in by clicking the +F next to their name. Then, when your Feed is switched on, you will only see articles in which those artists appear. We will continue to develop this function over the coming weeks and months with additional features launching soon, so stay tuned.

Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out a series of new features, and introducing you to some of the most essential new artists in the world. Flick through our New Music section, or read our Spotlight interview with Micachu and the Shapes collaborator Raisa K for a taste of what’s coming.

But RFB isn’t only about writing. This new site brings together editorial, concerts, and television, providing a single hub through which you can read about, watch, or book tickets for all of your favourite artists. RFB Concerts have a fantastically exciting few months ahead, with shows from the likes of Poliça, Toro Y Moi, Maps & Atlases, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, and Theme Park. Meanwhile our Television section will be updated daily with footage of some of the world’s biggest musicians, featuring brand-new artist insights and classic material from the RFB vaults.

In the meantime, we hope you enjoy the site. Make sure that you follow us on Twitter and Facebook, and check back for daily updates.
