Don Letts will host Reggae music night in Deptford

Londoners get set for the explosive Reggae music night where veterans and brand new UK sound system players will play together.
Wondering when and where? Hold on! Don Letts, working at BBC Radio 6 Music, is going to host amazing Reggae music event at the Albany in Deptford. It is organised by Trinity’s Sound System club on September 22, 2011 from 9pm to 6am.
It would be an equal chance for the novice and experienced players to get loud roars from the audience. This event promises to bring three generations, three hand-built sound systems and one musical clash.
Trevor Sax hails from New Cross and his MC team, Sax 3 (Sandy, Levi and Colonel), are all veterans from Saxon Sound System and Brixton’s King Tubby’s HiFi, the most experienced sound system in the UK will be there to perform and please you. Also, newcomer Unit 137, from Hither Green in Lewisham, a collective comprising of Hylu and Jago and Sleepy Time Ghost (STG) with additional vocalists, selectors and instrumentalists will rule the night.
