Plan B has announced dates for a massive arena tour at the beginning of 2013.
Beginning in Newcastle on February 1, Ben Drew will appear in some of the biggest venues in the country, including London’s O2 Arena on February 9.
Spending much of 2012 on his film career by writing and directing his first film, ill Manors, as well as starring in The Sweeney alongside Ray Winstone, Plan B also made several appearances at festivals, such as BBC’s Hackney One Big Weekend and the iTunes Festival, to support his third studio album ill Manors.
Following up on the huge success of 2010’s The Defamation of Strickland Banks, the album contains protests to the London Riots and continues his tradition for bold, outspoken lyrics.
The 2013 February tour will also include Manchester, Cardiff, Nottingham, Bournemouth, Birmingham, Brighton, Plymouth, Glasgow and Aberdeen.
