Kyshera – Dramatic Art Rock From Wales

Kyshera are from Wales, but they might as well be from their own planet. Their debut album 'Made in China' is released on October 1st and it contains highly experimental and political art rock that doesn't lack dramatic, at times even operatic elements. Oh, the pain! Oh, the weight of the world!
Singer James Kennedy puts it all in his voice and the band's Mars Volta-like rhythmics and complex instrumentation complete their unique sound. A pinch of Queen, a dose of 30 Seconds To Mars, a hint of Muse, just a tiny little spark of Incubus and a whiff of Soundgarden. This mixture alone says it all: Kyshera strive to be unique. Corresponding to this aspiration, they drape themselves in an aura of myth, calling their musical style 'Konic' and encouraging their fans to be their own iKons. This staging suits their greatly impassioned music very well. Time will tell how many iKons they will troop together.
