This London- based, Swedish- born singer is coming out with her debut track, Mama, I’m Gonna Sing, on 18th March.
Born in Stockholm as Edwina Johnson, EJ’s music is a mix between the sacred and the secular, something that she grew up around as a child. This is perfectly heard in her track which carries strong lyrics and powerful vocals to create a sound that we can’t get enough of! She’s already been featured on BBC 1Xtra, Radio 1 and Kiss and the song is being received well. Remixes by Jamie Jones, Savage Skulls and Pete Tong have been floating around and getting the dancefloors live, so make sure you look out for these!
