Lauryn Hill is coming to London

Ms Lauryn Hill's career in the show business began very early, when she starred as a child on tv soap-opera "As the World Turns" and on the acclaimed film "Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit". She then went on forming the "Fugees" with Pras Michael and Wycleaf Jean during her high school years.
After two albums, "Blunted on Reality" in 1994 and their masterpiece "The Score" in 1996, the band split up. And who knows where they could had got if her troubled relationship with W. Jean wouldn't had brought the band to that point of inflaction.
What we know is that after her prophetic solo album "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill", released shortly after the break up, the by-now neo-soul icon dropped out of the scene to spend her time with the father of her children, Rohan Marley.
Some say she just couldn't handle the pressure of fame, some others say instead that she didn't quite agree with the music industry's methods. This last hypothesis gets strongly confirmed by her live album "MTV Unplugged No. 2.0", which features the song "I get out of your boxes".
In this wonderful and moving tune, Lauryn sends what we believe to be one of the most conscious pieces in music history.
ENJOY IT!
