Chris Brown’s long awaited album ‘X’ has ‘almost’ arrived for the public to enjoy and critic. After deferring the release of his newest album, at last Chris Brown has decided to debut one half of his latest album on November 19th, 4 months after the original release date. He announced the official release of the album ‘X’ via twitter on November 17th. His sixth album was due to be released in July 2013; however he unexpectedly extended the due date because of personal issues which took priority over his music.
The album consists of two disc sets, each containing ten songs. As far as we know the second track list will be released at some point in 2014. It’s no surprise that the late release of this album has been unpopular as the line up of collaborations including artist such as Ludacris, Nicki Minaj, Brandy and the much respected and always loved Aaliyah, feature in this highly anticipated album.
Some reviews have praised this album while many have overlooked it. Chris claimed that this album may be his last, which disappointed many fans. However he strived to redeem himself by promising to release a song every few months just to please his dedicated fans.
Brown has incorporated many influences from Michael Jackson and Soul music in general on this album. In this album he focuses on his new image. The rebirth of the man who appreciates real rnb as it should be. Chris wanted people from any culture, race or background to be able to relate to it.
Chris Brown fans be excited.
