This month sees the release of Hopsin's third studio album Knock Madness, released on his Funk Volume label. Fans of the Los Angeles born rapper and producer will be excited to know that it will be entirely produced by Hopsin himself, with Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker assisting on a couple of tracks. The album will follow the rapper's formula of dark, grim and almost Odd-Futureesque subjects, delivered with the aggressiveness and vulgarity of a young Eminem. If the lead single "Hop Is Back" is something to go by then the album will prove controversial, with Hopsin openly discussing his opinions on his musical peers and allowing listeners into the deepest, darkest corners of his thoughts and emotions. Ten tracks are confirmed to be on the album and rap legend Tech N9ne is the only featured artist not on the roster of the Funk Volume label.
