Is this the end for Chemical Records?

It has been reported over the past couple of days that Chemical Records has gone into administration according to labels and artists. There have been many Facebook posts and Tweets suggesting that the Bristol based company is in financial difficulty with labels such as Dispatch Recordings urging customers not to purchase from Chemicals website adding "You've no doubt seen the news regarding Chemical Records. It's sad for them and it's sad for us" There has not been an official statement from the company themselves, but this could spell even further trouble for the industry and the many people who often buy music from them.
