Travis Scott confirms Astroworld release date

RnB/Hip Hop | Tuesday 31st July 2018 | Jake

August 3rd. Travis Scott has finally confirmed the release date for Astroworld, the album he has been hinting at since before his sophomore release, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight.

In the months leading up to Birds’ release, Travis had said he would be releasing a mixtape swiftly followed by a studio album, entitled Astroworld after a theme park he frequented as a youngster growing up in Houston, Texas. Instead, Birds was released as a surprise studio album in 2016, now two years later the feverishly anticipated Astroworld is days away.

Fans are clueless to features on the work, and it’s unknown whether ‘Watch’, a track released earlier in the year featuring Lil Uzi Vert and Kanye West, will be included on the album. A teaser trailer was released on the 30th of July entitled ‘Stargazing’, although it’s unsure whether a full-length version of the song will be on the album. Watch Stargazing below.
