The study called 90+ began in 2003 and examined a group of nonagenarians (the oldest age group) to determine the key to living past 90. After 14 years of research, the study revealed that people "who drank moderate amounts of alcohol or coffee lived longer than those who abstained". In addition to this "People who were overweight in their 70's lived longer than normal or underweight people did". However, getting drunk regularly is more than likely to reduce your life-span and regular exercise is still key to living a longer life.
