Stop the deportation of EU nationals Other | Tuesday 14th November 2017 | Geri Home Office judicial review deportation EU Nationals Last year the Home Office introduced a policy whereby European Economic Area (EEA) Nationals who are rough sleeping could be ‘administratively removed’ aka deported from the UK.
