'The Love We Shared' - An EP to satisfy all your 80's pop cravings
Think dream pop, electropop, think of an EP that tells a story, and you have The Love We Shared, debut 6-track EP from Dream Estate.
Lead by producer and frontman Will Tse, Dream Estate is a 5 piece ambient pop outfit with strong, and audible, 80s influences.
The boys that make up the band have been working long and hard to bring their sound to our ears, and they have certainly made an impression with the staggered release of the first EP, beginning with ‘Half the World Away’, the most upbeat of the collection.
Whereas 'You' is more mellow with an electronic twist to it that deals with the matters of the heart. This theme can be heard throughout the EP, which as a whole tells a story of The Love We Shared.
Since premiering their sound at their headline Leeds gig on the fourth of May they have been increasingly busy with further live gigs and are already working on their next EP.
Despite this, Dream Estate have managed to fit in some time for an exclusive Guestlist live session and interview coming very soon. Watch this space, we’re about to find out what the future holds for this extremely promising band.
