JAPENESE MONKS FORM ROCK BAND

This is without a doubt one of the most unusual stories I have covered in recent times! It has come to my attention that a group of Japanese monks and pastors are attempting to spread their holy message through the medium of… rock music! Well this is definitely a unique approach. The band have called themselves Boxi, a play on the Japanese word "bokushi" which means "pastor".
They’ve only been around for a few months but intend to become regulars on the Japanese gig circuit in an attempt to help spread their message of peace and unity. Good luck to them I say!
