Why 50 Cent remains a HIP HOP Legend

Curtis Jackson also known as 50 Cent made a name from himself rapping in a friend’s basement in 1998. Since then 50 Cent has sold over 30 million records worldwide and has won a number of awards over the years. His first film ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ is based on his life which grossed a 46 million dollars. Cent went on and made 24 more films which includes ‘The Pursuit’ which is currently being made.
50 Cent is known for his rapping skills, acting, producing the 1.46 million TV series show Power and is a businessman. The social media menace can be very petty with his snap comebacks as well as organising fights for other hip hop artists with his partner in crime Floyd Mayweather however, disregarding the pettiness there’s no doubt his banter cannot entertain you.
Cent’s latest album ‘The Kanan Tape’ which was released in 2015 received positive back from the fans and Cent must of loved it so much himself he has put some of the songs from the album into his TV series ‘Power’. The most popular song ‘I’m the man’ from the 2015 album received 20 thousand views on YouTube and a remix cover ft. Chris Brown.
Even though he hasn’t made an album in the last 2 years I’m sure 50 Cent will keep making dope albums, films, Instagram videos and might even make a fight actually happen.
