Diet Cig tease new album
New York 'slop pop' duo tease first LP.
On January 9th Diet Cig released a teaser trailer for their first long player via their Youtube and Twitter pages. The favourites of Father/Daughter Records and Art Is Hard play their cards fairly close to their chest but hint at a return to the melodic, garage influenced timbres that saw their EP debut ‘Over Easy’ sell out in physical format and gain much deserved blog hype.
The band have been recording since October and look set to be supporting the new release with a set of dates across San Francisco in February and a hard earned SXSW slot this March.
